Residential Pest Control
Pest control built for Florida homes
Florida homes deal with pest pressure that never really stops. The warmth and humidity that make this a good place to live also mean termites stay active through winter, roof rats breed year round, and a lawn can go from healthy to damaged in a matter of weeks. There’s no dormant season to coast through.
We handle every common household pest in Southwest Florida, from termites and rodents down to the wasps in your soffit. Every job opens with a free inspection so we know what we’re actually dealing with, and you get the price before anything gets treated.
Termite Control
Subterranean and drywood termites do more damage to Florida homes than fire. Free inspections, liquid barriers and baiting systems.
Rodent Control & Exclusion
Roof rats enter at the roofline, not the ground. We remove them and seal every entry point so they can’t come back.
Cockroach Control
Palmetto bugs come in from outside. German roaches breed in your kitchen. Two problems, two different treatments.
Ant Control
Ghost, sugar, fire and carpenter ants each need a different approach. We find the colony and kill it at the source.
Mosquito Misting Systems
Yard treatment targeting breeding sites and resting areas, so your outdoor space is usable at dawn and dusk.
Bed Bug Treatment
Discreet treatment for homes, condos and rentals. Unmarked vehicles available. Follow-up confirms they’re gone.
Lawn & Yard Pest Control
Chinch bugs, mole crickets and grubs in St. Augustine grass. Targeted treatment that’s safe around pets and pollinators.
Honey Bee Removal & Relocation
We never exterminate honey bees. Live removal, relocation, and repair of any structural damage the hive caused.
Flea & Tick Control
Indoor and outdoor treatment that breaks the life cycle, so you’re not re-treating the same problem every month.
Spider Control
Black widows in the garage, webbing across the pool cage. Exterior treatment that keeps them off the structure.
Wasp Control
Paper wasp nests in eaves, soffits and screen enclosures. Safe removal and treatment to stop them rebuilding.
Fly Control
House flies, drain flies and the moisture or waste sources feeding them. We treat the cause, not just the swarm.

Helpful information to guide your pest control decision
Every residential job starts with a free inspection, so you know what you’re paying for before anything is treated.
What's included in residential pest control?
A full interior and exterior inspection, species identification, entry point and harborage mapping, then targeted treatment for what we found. Recurring plans add scheduled follow-up visits and a return-visit guarantee. You get a written service report after every visit.
How often should a Florida home be treated?
Quarterly is the standard here. The climate keeps pests breeding year round, so there’s no dormant season to skip. Homes on canals, backing preserve or undeveloped land, or under heavy tree canopy often need more frequent service. Your free inspection will tell you which applies.
Are treatments safe around children and pets?
Yes, applied correctly and to label. We use professional, EPA-registered products chosen for effectiveness against the target pest and safety around families and animals. Your technician will tell you the re-entry window before leaving, and will explain what was applied and why.
Do I need to be home during treatment?
Not for routine exterior service. Most pests come in from outside, so our technicians work the perimeter and leave a written report. You’ll need to be home for interior treatment. Bed bug and flea jobs may require the home to be empty for two to four hours.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
We come back, at no charge, as long as your plan is active. Most infestations need follow-up to stay solved, so a callback between scheduled services isn’t a failure, it’s part of how the program works.
