Bug Off Pest (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates bugoffpest.net and provides pest control services across Charlotte, Sarasota, Lee and DeSoto counties in Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

When you become a customer we also keep records relating to the service itself: inspection findings, treatments applied, service dates, scheduling notes and payment records.

When we share information

Legal requirements. Where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a lawful request from a government or regulatory body, including the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Protection of rights. Where necessary to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of our customers or the public.
Business transfer. If Bug Off Pest is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. You would be notified.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
How long we keep information

- Opt out of marketing at any time, by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling us.
- Control cookies through your browser settings.
- Opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
To make a request, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request about personal information.
Florida residents. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights applies to businesses above a revenue threshold that Bug Off Pest does not meet. We honour the requests above regardless.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
